Established in 2019 after acquiring foam product production from GIC-Grup, this division utilizes state-of-the-art Krauss Maffei injection machines to manufacture a wide range of products. These include seat cushions, armrests, soundproofing materials, and steering wheels. ACS’s advanced technology and expertise in polyurethane foam production make it a leading supplier of durable and high-performance automotive components.
The Wire-Harnesses Division of ACS is renowned for its strategic partnership with YRL, focusing on the production of LHD & RHD wire-harnesses for Ford. This division has successfully developed key projects such as the MCA Project (2012-2013) and the B479 Project (2016). ACS’s commitment to excellence ensures the delivery of reliable and efficient wire-harness solutions that cater to the stringent demands of the automotive industry.
Since its establishment in 2005, the Cache Bagage Division of Automotive Complete Systems (ACS) has been at the forefront of manufacturing high-quality luggage covers. With a significant expansion in 2015, this division now boasts a diverse product portfolio that includes security nets, insulators, and floor stiffeners. ACS continues to innovate and lead in providing essential automotive accessories that meet the highest industry standards.
Starting with only 25 employees, we grew to 350 by 2003, supplying FORD and producing door wire-harnesses for YAZAKI Portugal and Slovakia. Employees worked in two shifts across five production lines.
We implemented an EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and received certification on November 1, 2002. Our computer network expanded, leading to better communication and encouraging results. Production efforts increased, achieving “ZERO PPM.”
